I don't think this is "The" TF2 Patch that we've all been waiting for, however it was scheduled to come out sometime this month...

I've been 2 shot by a shotgun from 1/2 across the screen and 1 shot by a heavy from the other side of a bridge. My TF2 days are over until they fix the damage.

It's part of the game. Heck Khet was critting me with a flame thrower the other day. Then....I decided to go Pyro, and uh return the favor to the rest of his team. I wish I took a screen shot.

I am downloading TF2 tonight. Hopefully I'll see some of you guys online tonight.

I did notice that the damage was diff, but I was a Sniper and hit by a Pyro shotgun and killed with 2 shots from a good distance... I think I was low on health already though, all the other classes I played that session seemed fine. They patched again, so it is a quick fix I'm sure, if it was messed up.

Yes Caden, they unintentionally jacked up the damage for shotguns and other weapons to the point of godliness. however it's my understanding that it's fixed now and damage should be back to normal.

As for syz, keep playin' with us mate, don't let a bad patch push you away from the game. changing even a single line of coding can create tons of bugs in other places.
