I liked it, a bit too much of a closed in world for my liking, i'm more of an Oblivion man myself, but I really liked it.

Well if you ever wanna play from the beginning let me know. I like games much better in groups.

Awesome game for sure. I just dont think I'll be able to swing it. I can usually juggle 2 games failry well, and one of them is TF2, I'm not sure what the other will be, but I'm looking at games I haven't played yet. :)

I loved my times in nwn. even started building a world a couple years ago. Just got to be too much drama on the servers i played.
Tho i did have some fun rp sessions there.

nwn 2 for me was a bomb sucked. when you found out you would have to have about a gazzillion machines to make a decent module
that others could play .. ya it was dead as a door nail then.
I still dont know if anyone managed to build something worth logging into.

nwn1 was the best by far . . but the rest of the bioware similiar ones had no interest to me not much for anime or asian themed games.

NWN2 is doing really well now actually. I played in Daggerford/Haze in nwn1 a really prolific RP persistant world. I just do not see the point in persistant NWN worlds. I rather play with a DM and a great open module than those PW.

well server i played on the owner and i started the module together over time we had differences i left .. only to come back later on invitation by owner of server and played a while .. then a bit too much drama there so i quit.

I played a a great server for a while tho before that Rovenna.
had the most fun there then all the servers i tried.

I once played in a NWN mod that was the entire Sword Coast from Forgotten Realms.... The download was tremendous but worth it.

I'm a Drizz't fan to a degree. He's a really good, well thought out character. It's just that R.A. Salvatore needs to STOP WRITING ABOUT HIM AND MOVE ON ALREADY! Artemis Entreri and Jarlaxle are probably my favorite characters in those stories anyway.

Edit: Hell, leave it to me to turn a game discussion into my thoughts on a book.

NWM is a great game. Like all of you have mentioned, this game has become well loved because of its customizability. That just gave me a good idea for a new thread on Blizzard's main success...
