Taking out her map Diella journeyed to the guildhalls on her list. The first name on her list was the Black Lotus the second was the Guardians. The third on her list was the Snowhawk Clan finally bring her to the one she was saving for last her former guild and friends the Silver Wolves.
Diella pushed a stray red hair from her face as she dismounted taking the reigns of her bay stallion she walked through the gate. Walking up to the first guard she saw she asked him directions to the hall of the guild,. The guardsman without turning to face her pointed in the direction she needed to go and gave her a couple of simple directions.
Diella made her way to the guildhall and after only a couple of missteps found her self at the doors. Her day had been long and she was only a short portion finished in what she had to do. With all that in mind Diella called to one of the pages who seemed to be very numerous and gave him a private message asking to speak with the leader in private.
“Tell your master that Diella Ambassador from The Art of War wishes to extend the hand of friendship to the Silver wolves. To cement an alliance that should be beneficial to both of our peoples.” Finally Diella could hold in no longer she smiled a large smile Tell Caden or Onu to get over here I here I have a serious need of drenching someone.”

Silently sipping upon a goblet of wine, Orenthes relaxes back in his chair, the fine air of incense from his table reaching ethereal tendrils into his nostrils. The angular eyes of the Stygian fixed upon young Diella, pouring her a small glass of wine, he motions casually to a seat next to him. "Greetings Diella, what motion of the Serpent has brought you unto me this day?"

Diella walked up to the table placing a small snake upon it she pour it a small dish of wine from her glass of wine. Diella then sat next to the young Stygian and wrapped her arms around him giving him a big kiss on the cheek.
“Oh we going to be formal are we. I do not think so Oren we know each other to well for that. Let talk about our guild TAW wishes to first establish a non-aggression pact with Silverwolfs. We will then discuss what level of agreement you wish to establish beyond that.
Hail Ambassador of the TAW Clan  You bring much cheer to this old Ranger's heart seeing you here in the land of the Silver Wolf.
I trust your visit will be welcomed by our Clan Elders and our kinsmen can find common cause in fighting the dark forces that still room our wild lands across the border.

Graelok enters and looks upon Diella allowing the fond memories to flow through his consciousness. Then assuming the stolid and burdened look of leadership he speaks;
Good tidings ambassador, unfortunately Caden is on a pilgrimage and will not be back for another 5 to 10 days. If you wish you can give me the proposal and I will relay it to him and the clan.

A genuine smile grace Diella face as Graelok speaks. Patting a leather folder she places on the table the still wet behind the ear Ambassador nods.
“It is understandable I remember hearing word about his upcoming journey many moons ago. The papers are within this folder for you and the clan to read and discuss. I have heartfelt hopes that it will meet with your approval.,” Diella thought for this was the very situation that prompted her to accept the offer to join TAW.
Diella remove the parchment from the folder placing a copy in front of each at the table in a flowery hand the following was written.
in a world where the changing of ones alliance often results in the declaration of war from one previous tribe to one’s current one. Where slight and imagined insults are held tight to ones chest and used as an excuse for slaughter. To find that friendship can look past title and allegiances, is a blessing from the gods. Like the fragile mountain flower that blooms during the most sever of our mountains winter. Our friendship has weather the storms of winter and now blooms stronger to the spring sun. May our friendship be like the Snow flower fragile and delicate in appearance but actually the most hearty and stout of all Cimmerian flowers.
The second page had all the detail of a possible alliance,
As friends, we would like to offer you the following Alliance Treaty I package for your consideration:
Non-Aggression Pact: Both parties agree to not attack each other for any reason. This pact does not preclude either party from fighting each other's allies, unless a separate NAP is setup and ratified with them as well.
Cooperation Entente: Both parties agree to work together on scheduled inter-guild activities such as:
· Social RP tournaments
· Dungeon Raids
· holding grind zones
· group quests
Defense Treaty: Both parties agree to come to each other's aid in time of need. This may include defense in the field of battle and/or keep siege defense. Requires allies & hostiles information exchange.
Alliance Intelligence I: Both parties agree to the free exchange of field intelligence information about mutually hostile guilds.
These agreements need to be accepted and ratified by both parties prior to being in effect and can be cancelled by either party in writing with a 24 hour notice of intent. Cancellation of any of these agreements will result in a return to neutral status with the respective entity.
Sincerly
Allethe, Diella

Let me see if I can answer your questions
Here the history on The Art of Warefare
The Art of Warfare (TAW) was formed in March of 2001 by members who played Delta Force: Land Warrior together. From these humble beginnings TAW has grown into an organization unlike any other.
Made up of gamers from around the world who have come together with the common vision of honor, integrity, and fair play, TAW continues to adapt itself to the ever-changing landscape of gaming. With a solid foundation in its Code of Ethics, TAW has weathered the storms that have seen so many others fall.
The Art of Warfare is a home for those tired of compromise. This is an organization of loyal and dedicated members that hold each other to the highest standards. Surround yourself with people that think first of the greater good and understand the meaning of teamwork. Join a clan of like-minded gamers, but find a family.
If you want to put your time and energy into another small, rinky-dink "clan" that will be gone in a couple months, then TAW is NOT for you. However, if you are up to the challenge of taking part in a real online community of dedicated gamers that have bonded together with a common purpose of more organized, fun, and better gaming, all while kicking everyone else's "rear-end" on the field, then this is the place for you.
They originate on the Stormrage Forum. They were actually the first guild to get a battle keep on that server. A group decided to break off from the server for various reason one was the desire to be in a more role play friendly atmosphere. As to number I am not a liberty to give you exact number just say the guild is around medium size and we have a nice size active member list. Many of the member are ex military and that view point does influence the running of the guild much to the best from my point of view. The Art of Warfare is loyal to our firends and deadly to our enemies. Any lone ganker who thinks they find easy prey in a lone Taw member alone in the field had better watch out. For the smallest of calls will bring the pack down upon their head and vengeance will be swift and deadly. Inall thing the guild is very much an anti-gank guild. we have a nice base of role player and have in mind many activities that will benefit and entrain not only our guild but our allies as well. If you decide to accept the treaty there will be a role play signing of the treaty. I very willing to set up a in game meeting for you to ask your question of our leaders. They will be able to answer in more depth any questions you may have.

Having finished discussions with his clan's council and watching as the last officer strode off to his abode in Athbrayth, Graelok sits alone in his new residence of the main keep. The burden of the mantle of leadership settles upon his broad shoulders and prevents him from drifting off to sleep. Retrieving a fresh tankard of mead and the parchment that Diella had given him he carefully reads the conditions of the proposed treaty. Pondering the clans current status and needs he gulps down the contents of the tankard and slams it on the table. Drawing paper, quill and ink, he pens the following brief missive in response to TAW's proposal:
These conditions are reasonable, I would only add the following;
1. That we would not be able to aid you in any combative engagements against one of our allies but we would offer our services as mediators should you ask in those circumstances, if you do not require us to mediate we would strive to remain neutral in such a conflict. We would also expect the same courtesy from you if we were to become involved in hostile acts with your other allies.
2. That you recognise that some of our members may at times be working as operatives for the geater good of Cimmeria in an organisation known as the Black Veil, we would ask that the terms of this treaty be extended to cover them as well.
If you agree to add these terms to the body of this treaty then I can and will ratify it with you and count you as a brothers and sisters of this realm.
As he folded the letter, he chuckled and thought to himself that Caden would have written a much longer response. Dripping wax from the nearby candle over the parchment edges to seal it and pressing the clan sigil into it as it dried he said out loud; "To bad, I am what I am and they will have to live with it.".
He then strode down the stairs and then out the doors of the keep, then down to the barracks where he woke the first scout he saw.
"Find Diella, give her this letter! Make haste as we have already kept these people waiting and wondering long enough!
When the scout had mounted up and galloped off into the night, Graelok walked back up the incline towards the keep. Still feeling restless he stood at the edge of the drop to the first plateau and stared of into the night sky pondering what was to come.

Stemir gazed at the back of mighty Graelok, as he walked away. Graelok never noticed him, while Stemir was standing there in shade. Though Stemir didn't feel any shame, he didn't mean to eaves drop on anyone, it was just a habit, acquired throughout years of constant struggle to survive- staying in shade.
There was a rumor of big alliance coming, and now Stemir saw that TAW representative. Something looked familiar about that messenger, and something was disturbing. Stemir tried to suppress that feeling... but it wouldn't go away until the messengers silhouette completely melted in to the night, carrying away a sealed letter. Stemir only could guess, what was in there, his unsophisticated barbarian mind didn't stop on that for too long. He was disturbed by something else, but the thought was slipping away.
"Well, Graelok know what he is doing, he has the straight and experience."- Stemir thought, walking back to his small chamber.

**Sorrisi offers Stemir endless drinks of ale, waiting for the truth revealing inebriation to settle in**
"I know you were hanging back in the shadows, observing Graelok! You don't like his man thighs do you? Are you a funny Barbarian?" **laughs teasingly**
**Her eyes scan the decor of Stemir's(tidier than the average Barbarian's) chamber, stopping on a compact box detailed with mammoth tusk and amber inlays**
"I'm only worried about you and our leader's reputations. He can't have you mooning after him like a love struck puppy! No more skulking around in the shadows. It makes you look suspicious, no matter how innocent your intentions may be."
"What's in the box Stemir?"

Yes it could have been a good run, unfortunately I got tied up with trying to promote interest in the clan and then fell ill. Maybe we can put our heads together and come up with a new scenerio, not AOC related , and try to run another rp on the forums. Try to get some people interested again and drum up some activity.
