I bring tidings from the Snowhawk Clan

The Silverwolf Scouts see him long before he nears their village. A lone man...Cimmerian, obviously. Older, bent with age and the wounds of old battles. The man makes no attempt to hide his approach, but stops from time to time to listen to his surroundings.

A Silverwolf warrior steps out of the shadows behind the interloper and follows a few paces behind. Then another. Shortly the man is surrounded by Silverwolf warriors.

A leader of the scouts speaks "That's far enough, dog! This is Silverwolf land! Why do you come here?"

"I am Urfang of the Snowhawk Clan. I bring tidings to your chieftans. Let me pass...or do you fear that one old man will burn your village to the ground!"

The scout leader laughs! "Tonight you may share our fire, Snowhawk. Maybe the elders will listen to you...maybe they won't. Tomorrow...who knows?" The warrior pats his sword with a grin.

From outside the elder’s lodge, warriors of the Silver Wolf Clan can hear excited and sometimes heated conversation, though no words can be made out. Sometimes it’s the voices of your own elders, sometimes the outsider, Urfang of the Snowhawk Clan.

Then other times the conversation is no more than a low murmur. Yet other times the voices sound tinged with the sharp and canny sound of traders, haggling over a pack of pelts.

But on and on it goes. For hours the Silver Wolf elders and the message bringer of the Snowhawk Clan talk in council.

Whatever is being discussed is certainly something … big. No small matter of hunting territory or free passage. The more experienced warriors can feel it…there is blood and battle in the wind!

Her brother and sister wolves thrive on the blood of battle, but Keeva knows the aftermath of battle will tax her as the blessings of Mitra are new to her. But the young wolf will wait and fight by the side of her newfound Clan for she is a Silver Wolf, and it is coming time for Keeva to prove her worth.

To Everyone who was in the Tesso Raid of June 21, 2008,

THANKYOU!!! That was a fantastic raid! A blast was had by all! Thank you all for turning out and either attacking, defending, taking pictures and/or videos!

I was a bit worried at first about the turn out, but I didn't need to be! I think this was a FIRST for AoC and everyone in it made a piece of AoC history!
