FYI: The Smash Bros disc isn't always read well by the Wii, and Nintendo released a statement to retail stores stating that if people can't access the disc it's not the disc's fault; they need to send the Wii to Nintendo for a free cleaning. I thought that it was interesting that they haven't released any specific warnings like that for other Wii games and were so quick to chalk up any problems with the disc (this one is dual layer) to having a dirty/dusty Wii.

I think this is what happened to my Wii. And from what I have seen on the forums, it's not just me it's a whole lot of people who are having to send in their Wii's. I get mine back Thursday.

Im getting bored of games like this. You take one idea and remake it over and over and over and over again lol. I just cant believe people keep buying remakes of games.

The Wii is like Bigfoot in my area of Texas - you spot one occasionally, but by the time word gets around, they're nowhere in sight.

This game is simply amazing. I love how they incorporated a co-op story mode...simply amazing. I think my favorite characters are falco, metaknight, and snake so far...though snake is pretty bad, I just like the metal gear franchise.

I bought the game a couple days ago. My roommates and I are very happy with what Nintendo has released. It brings back memories of playing the first one on 64, and of the last one. Very pleased. I think I will try to get my friend code on here so we can maybe play together sometime so I can beat everyone :). Yes that is a challenge. I propose a SWC Smash Bros tourney if we can do it online at some point.

I actually played this game briefly at a Gamestop today - not bad. It probably would have been more fun if I knew what the heck I was doing.
